"This is a great hotel. All of the front desk staff can speak English and they're all super helpful. One girl helped me break a 5000 yen bill with change from her own wallet because they had just shut down the front desk at 10 pm and their petty cash drawer was already closed but she happily helped me and I was thankful because I really needed to do laundry that night. Speaking of laundry, they have 5 or 6 washing machines and an equal number of dryers available 24 hours. Hotel conveniently...

"This was the perfect place for our family to stay in Tokyo. It was quiet, clean and located close to the train. There are lots of local restaurants, a 7-11 just a few minutes away. The staff is very helpful and kind. The room was spacious with washer/dryer, mini kitchen and plenty of sleeping and living space. Highly recommend"

"About the best you can do in Tokyo for a family of five at this price point. We had a premium family room which had a bedroom with four single beds and a bunk bed crammed together, yet was surprisingly comfortable. There were closets which helped with luggage storage and a living area with table and banquettes and a built in counter with small stools. I used the small stools to put suitcases on as there was no folding luggage rack - that would have been helpful. One nice bathroom shower and...

"This apartment style hotel was perfect for me and my two teenage daughters. Plenty of space to open 3 large suitcases. The balcony offered a nice place to relax (although it was very hot outside during our stay). Hotel is located close to trains and food and shopping. Located in a quiet safw neighborhood. We fekt comfortable outaide at all times of the day and night. Staff was extrwmely helpful and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again in our next visit to Tokyo"
