"The cottage was absolutely lovely, clean and had great amenities - everything we could ask for. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage, which was up to date and decorated beautifully. The communication by the owners was tremendous from directions to recommendations on things to do. We found it so peaceful and loved sitting on the lanai enjoying the view of the ocean in the distance. I highly recommend it!"

"We didn't get a chance to try the hot tub but the grounds are beautiful and all staff at lodge and restaurant were kind and helpful. Food was delicious and proximity to Kilauea volcano sights was super convenient. Hope to come back again soon!"

"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

"We checked in on the 1st of December and arrived around 8 p.m. Our keys and packet were waiting for us at the kiosk with no issues. Our room was amazing—quiet, convenient, and clean. The property was clean as well. We messaged for room service, and they came with no issues. Extra amenities were available in the lobby too. We were there for six nights, and I will definitely be staying again. I would recommend checking in before dark—the road is kind of tricky to find."

"When I first pulled up, I was hesitant. I reread the reviews to remind myself of why I booked and then went in. First and foremost, I never saw any bugs let alone the bugs the one review mentioned. The room is spacious, beds comfortable, well appointed kitchenette, and nice water pressure for a real shower. I had gone to the green sand beach before arrival so I needed a good shower! Location is wonderful. I highly recommend the farmers market right behind it. They have souvenirs, jewelry, cool...
