"This was a great place and I would stay there again but it was not perfect. Actually I would give it 4.5. A few things that could improve it: 1) we were in a 1 bedroom suite and there was no TV in the bedroom. One of us was sleeping on the couch but the one in the bedroom really missed having a TV. 2)We had to call someone to get the TV to work. He came quickly and had to bring a second remote. "It is near Metro and the staff was very helpful in guiding me direction to my destiny and where I have to exit the subway to get to my destination! The extracwater they have in the room helped my guest and me!"

"The room and overall stay was good. The bartender GiGi was awesome as well. We received the room directly in front of the elevator. It got loud at times. However, the only inconvenience is there is no onsite parking if you’re renting or driving. The parking they provided closed early so we were unable to park. Also, there is no on street parking nearby as told by the receptionist at the front desk."

"We only stayed here a night and I would 100% stay here again in the future. The location is extremely convenient to a local bagel shop, coffee, and there’s a restaurant downstairs as well. You can easily walk to so many places and it just made our stay in New York City so wonderful. We stayed in a room that had two beds with the four of us, and I will say the beds are smaller and it was tight but totally doable and we were extremely happy with our decision to stay here."

You also get a discount with some local spots in the area just for being a guest at the FiDi hotel which the front desk can tell you more about. Room was small but was nice and clean! "This room was actually an apartment, with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a dining/living room area (with a TV and a record player with several vinyl records) and a bedroom. There were more closets than my house! It was immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The check-in process was so easy.
