"We had a room right behind the elevator and not sure if that was the tumbling noise we heard beginning very early in the morning and never stopping but it ruined our sleep. They offered us to switch rooms but we had only another night and didn’t want to move all of that baggage. They should have comped us something but didn’t offer and we were too busy to worry about it. The pool is very cold despite somewhere advertised as heated. There were ants in the bathroom and the tub is so slippery...

"Not Worth it, Price Like 4-5 hotel. It Like motel. .Very noisy during the day and night, people are passing your corridor to go to lobby and dragged their luggages . NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

"I couldn’t watch the tv the first night till I pull out the plug then it worked I was in #9 my brother was in #1 his air conditioning didn’t work at all blowing hot air for 2 nights when I got in my room the first day I step on a Roach in the bathroom lucky I had a slipper on. Other then that every thing was good"

"Very lovely location and very remote and safe compared to the rest of the town. The waterfall house is a full house with all amenities and is an absolutely fabulous place to stay. The cabins are cute and we had the place to ourselves but if we visit the big island again we will be sure to reserve the waterfall house for the full stay because it’s just so wonderful! Staff was very helpful, peaceful, clean and quiet."

"This was amazing! Great staff, great location AND there's even a swimming hole (5 min walk, if that) with a waterfall! I've never stayed in a shared house before, but this one has spoiled me! It's close enough to be able to drive to all the good tourist spots. Oh, and hopefully you're there for the "big" farmers market on Saturdays. If I get back to the Big Island I'll be coming back here! Thank you for the great time!"

"Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und durchdacht. Wir konnten hier auch kostenlos Waschen und hatten seht viel Freude an den lieben Katzen, die immet auf der Veranda lagen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Zimmer."

"I liked the atmosphere of the place. Very close to the Boys and Girls( my grandson played baseball there). The only thing I didn’t like was parking reverse in. Other than that perfect! Even the roosters and koki frogs didn’t bother me!"

"We had the ocean view room on the second floor. It was newly renovated, with a beautiful private bathroom and beautiful wood work throughout. We were a bit spoiled when we were there, since there were no other guests on our floor during our stay. The kitchen and living room were spacious and well equipped, and Josh was always there to help us if we needed it. We would definitely stay here in the future"

"Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet das gleiche gilt für das Zimmer. Wir wurden gleich freundlich von den Mitarbeitern empfangen. Wir konnten als Gast den großen Kühlschrank mit benutzen um Getränke zu kühlen. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und man bekam immer einen Teller mit etwas Obst aus dem Garten. Und dazu die tolle Aussicht auf den Ozean."
