Guest Houses in Kediri Regency

"Class is a nice, simple hotel and spa (we didn’t use the spa). It was clean and in a quiet part of town. It was not really walkable to any convenient stores or restaurants (you probably could walk, but there are no sidewalks and as soon as you walk a half-Kilometer, the traffic is pretty heavy - so not too safe). The staff was nice. It had a wet bathroom. We did see ants looking for food - not a big problem if you are careful not to leave crumbs or open food around. We would stay there again -...

When I saw how dirty was the bathroom and that there was no light from the outside ( the room looks like a prison cell), I called hotels.com immediately to cancel my booking for the 5 remaining nights. They couldn't reach the manager and nobody answered their calls. In the morning, before checking out, the staff was able to join the manager by phone.
