"Maybe not many people know this place, but Royal Indah Cabin is a hidden gem worth staying at. It’s easy to find on Google Maps, has large parking, friendly staff, and includes breakfast. The bedroom and bathroom are clean, the water heater works well, and the lake and mountain views are amazing. It’s also close to Dermaga Kedisan and a minimarket, which makes it really convenient. Just small note: the pillows are quite firm, so it was a bit less comfortable for sleeping. And in the morning, if...

Amazing hotel....in the middle of jungle. The staff were great and our room was updated and super clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, continental as well as full English. We were well looked after and would definitely return. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the team but Special thanks to koko (restaurant manager and chef i do not recall his name) and Padma Butler team and manager for their wonderful cheerful service. Ayung Resort Ubud

10/10 Excellent

We stayed in a one bed villa with a private pool, the villa itself was beautiful and spacious, the veranda and the private pool area have wonderful views, perfect at any time of day. The complimentary mini bar, breakfast and afternoon tea were all wonderful, there was a great selection at breakfast and the staff looked after us very well, making sure that we had enough. The afternoon tea contained different sandwiches and cakes every day for our 5 days. I will return as soon as possible.

Emana Akatara

10/10 Excellent

Staying at the Emana Akatara hotel was truly wonderful. The room was so spacious, beautiful and clean and very relaxing. The pool area was relaxing and wonderful - and right next to the bar, so you can easily order drinks and snacks. However was really sets the hotel apart from anywhere else is the FANTASTIC staff, who all wanted to make sure you have the best time and made me feel so welcome. They are the most lovely young people I’ve meet in a very long time. They really represent Balinese...

The Kayon Resort

Ubud

10/10 Excellent

Swastiastu! Everything was top notch - the food, the people, the hospitality and the ambience. The spa was superb and the daily Balinese activities a fun way to learn some culture. The live performances especially were a standout. The whole resort is a mesh between traditional Balinese design with batiks, the Ramayana love story, and contemporary elements. We recommend wholeheartedly without hesitation.

Tanah Gajah, a Resort by Hadiprana

Tanah Gajah was by far the most relaxing vacation my wife and I have ever had. From our villa with infiti pool looking on to the rice paddies to the private walled accomodation, the extensive beautifully designed gardens, wonderful food by chef Dean, everything superb! Staff couldn’t do enough and everyone, from ground staff to housekeeping to management should be proud of your customer services, a truly fantastic experience, my wife and I can’t wait to come back.

Free shuttle bus into Ubud town several times a day. Rooms were very luxurious and comfortable. Very relaxing 4 nights here with my partner. Also very close to rafting centre if you wanted some activities. They also offer to book other tours with other companies for you and deal with all the logistics. This hotel is total paradise. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Happy hour at the hotel bar was great (try the lime daiquiri) and the breakfast was delicious. I recommend the waffles! We had a garden suite and our room was beautiful, fantastic attention to detail and we would leave our room for 10 mins and come back and someone would have already been in to make the bed and change towels etc! The hotel also offers a free shuttle service into the centre and back which is...

10/10 Excellent

We stayed for 3 nights in mid-October during a 12 day Bali holiday and this was by far the nicest of the 4 hotels we stayed in. The staff were wonderfully helpful and the hotel had a lovely peaceful air to it. Situated parallel to the main Monkey Forest road it's about a 10 min walk to get to the Ubud hustle and bustle (a regular shuttle bus is provided too), but from an unassuming entrance you enter an oasis on the edge of the forest. Rooms/bathrooms are great (we had a Forest room) and the...

Komaneka is an excellent hotel, I have travelling world and many places but not seen hospatality like this. They make u feel at home and offer you service which you might not have dreamed of. For e.g. When we went for our 2 days toure for various places in Bali, Komaneka staff gave us packed Donets and water both days for on the way to eat or have it if we don't find any good facility to eat.. I would recommend this place and to all and would like people to stay there at least for 2 days to know...
