"最初オートチェックインのための入室番号がわからず、施設に入ることができなくて途方にくれたが、他のお客さんが助けてくれた。そしてやっと来た女性スタッフがとてもやさしく対応してくれて、その日の夕飯まで親身になってくれた。 洗濯も出来て、暮らすように、過ごすことができた。中国語がわからなくても丁寧に教えてくれた。ホテルとラインで繋がってからはスタッフがロビーに常駐していなくても何も問題がなかった。シングルルームの部屋は、エアコンもシャワーも何も問題がなかった。4泊でバスタオル複数貸してくれたし、ゴミ出しも出来た。周辺の治安も悪くなかった。またここに泊まりたい。 無人対応なので、事前にチェックインするためのメールを受け取っておくことをお勧めします。"
