"We loved this hotel in Peterborough! Everything was comfortable and clean, I am pretty sure that it is a brand new hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly from check in to check out. We stayed on a ground floor river view room, it was so nice! We had our own little deck looking right out onto the river, where we could watch the sunset and the families of geese and ducks on the lawn. So sweet. "Suite was homely and cozy, downtown Peterborough is fairly accessible by car, and convenience store right down the road. The property has a beautiful garden visible from the patio with lots of birds visiting for those into birdwatching. Host was knowledgeable about attractions in the area, recommending multiple places for us to visit."

"Great little place. No complaints. Had a nice breakfast with other guests that were staying there graciously provided by the host. Would definitely come back sometime. Expect a charming rustic vibe with comfy, contemporary TV/wifi set up. Breakfast was really great, everything pretty much felt at home, though we only stayed on night. Only weird thing was we had difficulty getting the bedside lamps to turn on."

"We loved this place. A few minor maintenance needs, but they were more than compensated for by the beautiful and restful waterside setting. Bed was comfortable. Room was small but adequate. Nice touches : real creamers for morning coffee (no powdered poison). We'd come back again given a reason to travel to the area."
