"The staff were so accomodating and caring when my son slipped and fell. The guy at the front desk provided all the first aid supplies we needed. I plan on staying there again of we pass through."

Who gave her permission to enter our room?????? she said she's giving us a new room..She did not mention giving us a discount ..I feel...

"Bath tub had black mold-looking stuff on the grouting. Toilet was not secure to the floor and was propped up by what looked like cardboard."
