A good hotel, but read the details

The hotel has a good location neraby the airport and close to Argostoli. The rooms are spacious & clean on time. The showers need some maintanance. The water in the outdoor pool and in the rooms are cold for most people to enjoy, and that's a big minus. The sauna wasn't working at the time of our stay, and the price for using it and the jaccuzzi was too high, so that's a shame. The gym was quite good. breakfast was very good, with fresh vegatables and fruits, cheeses and a personal order of your eggs dish. The views of the sea are amazing, but can only be seen from the top frloors. There's a very nice beach a walking distance from the hotel. The best about the hotel is the friendly and helpful stuff. We used the reception cleck for a daily advice about touring the island and for dinner recomendations, and they were always full of good ones.

We’ve just come back from a stay at “The Celestial All Suites“ in Kefalonia. What an absolutely fantastic place. We wanted somewhere quiet with great facilities we got exactly this and more.Our room was on the ground floor with it’s own plunge pool and small garden with two sunbeds, table and chairs and was our own little paradise. The staff were helpful, friendly and informative. Great breakfast buffet was on offer. We ate in the Avra restaurant on a couple of occasions in our stay and were more than happy with menu and service. There were other choices of taverna’s in the area and a supermarket within walking distance but need to note that these are a hilly walk.

Great getaway in Kefalonia

We had the regular junior suite with cozy pool. The room was very nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower good as well. The location was good, we could drive everywhere and not too far away. We were really excited about the private pool, but ended up not using it at all- it was very small, the water in it were very cold and also- it had no privacy: you need to walk up a few stairs to get in, but once you’re up, you can see directly in the pool next door and their balcony and their room if the curtains are open. Also the breakfast was very mediocre.

​La location dell'hotel è veramente splendida e la struttura è bellissima, in una posizione invidiabile. Le camere sono molto belle e la vista è mozzafiato. Purtroppo, però, ci sono alcune pecche importanti nel servizio che hanno rovinato in parte la nostra esperienza. ​Il personale, a parte qualche eccezione, sembrava completamente disinteressato al cliente. Ci siamo sentiti trascurati e non assistiti come ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel a 4 stelle. La mancanza di attenzione si è notata anche nella pulizia: il giorno dopo aver bevuto un drink, i bicchieri sporchi erano ancora sul terrazzo, un dettaglio che non dovrebbe mai sfuggire. ​Anche il servizio colazione è stato piuttosto deludente. L'organizzazione era caotica e nessuno del personale si è mai avvicinato per chiederci se desiderassimo qualcosa dal menu alla carta, un servizio che, a quanto pare, era disponibile. È un vero peccato, perché la colazione ha un grande potenziale ma viene gestita in modo superficiale. ​In sintesi, l'hotel ha tutte le carte in regola per essere una meta da sogno, grazie alla sua struttura e alla posizione meravigliosa. Tuttavia, il servizio e l'attenzione al cliente non sono all'altezza, e sono aspetti che andrebbero migliorati per offrire un'esperienza indimenticabile.

Cet hôtel a des qualités exceptionnelles. L’insonorisation des chambres, la piscine individuelle et collective, la beauté du cadre et de la nature environnante, le caractère récent des équipements. Parmi les choses améliorables : le caractère parfois aléatoire du ménage, les échantillons de savon - non acceptable pour cette catégorie d’hôtel, le petit déjeuner et la présence de guêpes. L’hôtel gagnerait a être plus chaleureux, il manque un petit quelque chose pour rendre la prestation parfaite. Malgré cela on ressent que le personnel fait des efforts.

A Wonderful Stay at Celestial All Suites! Our experience at Celestial All Suites was truly wonderful. The property is immaculate — everything is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and inviting. The staff are warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to make every stay special. If you like peace and quiet, space and a great breakfast then this will be heaven. Suites are stunning. Large, comfy bed, great shower and lounge area inside. Outside is also large with super comfy sunbeds, personal pool and shaded area. Fresh pool towels every day was lovely. Locally this is a sleepy area and you have to like hills! Every walk involves some degree of hill walking - even to the supermarket and local restaurants. There are 4 very good restaurants in easy reach but you need to travel further to get a bigger choice. We hired a car which was very easily arranged by the hotel. Beautiful peaceful stay 💓

Struttura elegante, pulitissima con personale gentilissimo. La Camera con piscina e’ super confortevole dotata di ogni comfort e set di cortesia di qualità. Sono molto curati gli spazi esterni, sia il verde e che la bellissima piscina La cena è stata molto buona. Colazione buona. In zona sono presenti belle spiagge.

Beautiful hotel. Good in the restaurant was great. Only limiting factor was the lack of choice as the gourmet restaurant wasn’t open. There is only a beach shack, which was very nice, that was the alternative to the hotel within walking distance
