"I stay at The Orchard quite a bit for it's convenient location. Previously, location has been it's only plus point, though I am happy to say that on this occasion, everything was improved, including restaurant food quality, service throughout the hotel and ambience. "Because of the festive season, but their hospitality was exceptional. Christmas card and a box of short bread and fudge were in our room. Christmas crackers on our dining table. We had really good time. One thing expedia web site should clearly mention that this hotel charge each time us when use swimming pool and gym. We did not know that until we visit the facility."

"All elements of the hotel were well presented. The room was excellent and we had a choice of a shower or bath. The staff were polite and respectful to guests which made it a relaxing visit. The breakfast menu was excellent with individual requirements met. ie poached eggs etc. There are ample EV charging points in the car park. Unfortunately we did not use the pool complex on this occasion. We would stay here again in the near future. Well done."
