"Did not like the abscence of humans until breakfast. The cook was obliging in making me a bacon butty for breakfast. The bed was comfy and the hotel was clean but a wee tired."

"Very clean which you notice as soon as you approach the front door. Neat and tidy garden approach. You are made to feel very welcome at the reception check in. The room was very comfortable clean and tidy. A great freshly cooked breakfast is prepared for you in the morning. What more could you wish for."

"The drive resembles an entrance to building site, large pot hoke. Wall paper peeling off in bathroom, bed mattress bigger then bed base/6 inches over hang but was comfortable. Heavy duty curtains r/h hanging on by 2 clips, tv stand broken & lots of dust + no back up toilet roll. Didn't go down for second breakfast as it's not even continental. "Only used for a short stay before flying from Leeds Bradford. It was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was fine. Otherwise we only had 1 drink in the bar before an early night.it was quiet and warm. Building looked a bit sad."

"Hollins Hall has been a great and grand hotel in the past I think. Does it need a revamp? Absolutely! That said, the bed was comfy. It caters for the golfing fraternity mostly it seems. Where Hollins Hall isn't as grand as the name might imply, we do stay there often as it's close to family we visit. "Lovely little cottage, had everything we needed for our few days and was very clean. A lovely welcome package was waiting for us and it's a great location for seeing Haworth and the Brontë parsonage. Parking at the old hall was perfect as it was a short walk to the cottage. Though quite a few steps which might be difficult for older people. "

"Room size are congested where other hotels in same category and less price give you with big size room. beds are too small , I wouldn't say its good enough size for 2 persons to sleep, really disappointed. staff are not really welcoming. there is no hotel parking but next to it parking place which give you 24 hours parking for £10. I would rather stay somewhere else there are plenty near to the town, £1.50 parking for 24 hours, with free breakfast and less price"
