"I arrived at 10 on the evening and left at 730 the next day. When I arrived it was dark and cold outside. I had needed to call the hotel as I was lost. Beth was really kind and friendly on the phone and got me to the hotel. I entered the building and it was really quirky. I entered from the car park and it was like entering an olde fashioned train station. It was ace. I then entered the hotel and it was really bright and colourful.
