Hotel Marriott Hotels & Resorts di Keller

"Reserved a lake view with a king size bed. Once I got into my room I had a non lake view and 2 queen beds. I asked if they could switch me but they said all of their other rooms were taken and they didn’t compensate me for the extra money I spent to get the better room."

"This Marriott has a great staff of genuinely good people! We were attending a huge concert no phone service so couldn’t call for rides my one phone call I got out was to the Marriott and a young man on staff picked up on a golf cart! They also allowed some of the ppl who couldn’t get a ride hang out on property to be safe. It was great and deeply appreciated they went the extra mile big time!"
