Renovations underway which made it not what you would hope. Parking was a challenge with 14 storage containers in the parking lot. Car was damaged overnight by someone trying to break in. The front desk person in the morning was friendly and apologetic.

We had a very nice stay with our family. Rooms are very nice and updated! Pool was cold unfortunately and couldn’t take our baby and toddler in it…. Although we were there during construction so we found it a bit loud, could hear people in the hallways and when they walked by.. Overall though great time, excellent breakfast too.

We got one of the renewed rooms. It was awesome! Great shower, great bed and breakfast. I would recommend it you're going by car, as it is a bit far from some attractions, but I will keep this as an option for future Kelowna visits.

It was a very nice suite. Only issue was, we booked before renovations and paid for a suite with a jetted tub and they have no Jetted tubs anymore.
