The hotel is newer, very clean! Modern design and decor. Only one elevator, with having the breakfast on the 5th floor it ties it up during the early morning. The view from the 5th floor is very nice Parking lot is very tight.

The staff was lovely and always greeted us with a smile . Our room was very clean including the bathroom and fridge .. overall the hotel was quiet except for the odd noise from the rooms above but not unexpected . The breakfast was ok .. bagels were a bit dry and lacking structure but it’s a hotel breakfast . The kitchen was kept clean

Arrival and check in went smooth with pre-check in texts. Room was clean, with hot tub area clean and enjoyable. Breakfast selection was average, with scrambled eggs and sausage. Adding a potato choice and hot sauce would add to this service. Overall, very happy with our stay and plan to stay next time in kelowna.

Amazing stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the property was super clean and well looked after. Breakfast was great, with hot and cold options, and was in a bright room on the top floor with lots of windows. Our room was awesome! Very well styled and lots of space. We'll definitely be back!! Hotel is new and maintained well! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with enough choice but after a couple of days, you feel the need to try something else. Parking spaces are small. Great place; we would stay here again.
