Booking restaurant reservations for more than six people is via an automated telephone system which isn’t managed. Very difficult to book a table. Book on line should provide a larger table capacity selection or provide an email to request a table for larger parties not the telephone system.

Excellent stay overall. Our courtyard room was small but had everything we needed. The spa was a standout - loved the outdoor heated pool and sauna. Dinner at the bistro was excellent as was breakfast. It is expensive but worth it for a night or two getaway

Our room was very beautiful with a lovely view. The service was excellent. We had a great dinner at Charlie’s the first night and our server, Euan, was really great. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated. My husband forgot some important papers on the desk in our room, today, after checking out, and we are having problems connecting with the staff there. Nobody is answering the phone or returning our calls.

Room was clean and had all the amenities we needed (though limited milk for tea 🙂 - could have just asked for more). Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Excellent buffet breakfast, all well cooked. Ordered poached eggs may have been forgotten about as they came out with a hot plate and were hard... other than that, it was very enjoyable and plentiful. The spa was fantastic. Lovely outdoor heated pool you can come back indoors to get out of. Steam room, sauna, plunge pool and jacuzzi were all clean and worked very well. Very enjoyable and not at all busy when we were there. 4 complimentary EV charging stations were a real bonus and made our return journey no bother at all. Only negative for us would be the tv. Chromecast didn't work with most updated apps and there was no guide to the received channels. In all it was an amazing luxury stay that we would highly recommend to others.
