"The hotel is beautiful you are impressed when you enter the hotel but for me I did not like the location very close to the airport you can hear the planes passing or landing a lot of noise otherwise it is beautiful"

"The airport shuttle service was amazing for us. We were able to schedule ours for 7am, 6-27-26 the previous day. We were told to be there ten minutes before it went off. This hotel does charge a $50 security deposit of sorts, but you do get it back within a few business days. Given the amenities we had, it made sense. "They do parking vouchers which is good as there’s no way to access the hotel without going through the gated parking lot. Rooms were clean , staff was friendly There was 1 issue I paid up front when we booked the room so it was strange to be told upon arrival that the 2Q we reserved was no longer available. "The Radisson was clean, comfortable, and close to local restaurants and most importantly the airport. There was paid parking available on site but you have to pay each time you leave the lot- not one flat rate. There is ample street parking for those who want more flexibility. The hotel offers earplugs in room to help damper the noise from passing planes or trains. Beware if you have a room close to the lobby as the lobby music was very loud and plays long into the early morning. I’d ask for...

"Room had a musty smell. Food still in refrigerator AC had no air filter, was afraid to use it. Sheets were dirty on one side of one bed. Parking was an issue."

"The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of parking. The free breakfast had two waffle makers plus biscuit and gravy along with eggs and bacon. The rush hour traffic can back up on the streets. Take/turn a block ahead and drive into the parking lot of Sideline restaurant and go round the parking lot to get to the hotel parking lot. I would give 5 stars if the water pressure of the shower was a little stronger."

"Beds were soft. Hallways were clean. You can hear EVERYTHING going on outside and around your room. There was some kind of sports thing going on during my stay and the hotel was full of kids. They spent a lot of time running up and down the halls and roughhousing in the rooms around me. Not much sleep on this trip."

"I called 3 days before my reservation asking if I can pay in cash when I arrive and the lady told me yes and when I arrived they told me they told me they don’t accept cash , so I went to add the cash onto my card and when I came back they gave my room away and said “there’s no more rooms”. Nobody bothered to help in any other way , I had to call the other location and he found me another hotel right away."
