"Great stay in the off-season with only a few guests in the hotel. It felt like the entire staff was attending to us. We were treated like royalty ;) Ksenia from the Entertainment team took us to see the nearby mountain and it was an awesome trip. Fantastic food and service. We had a lot of fun!"

"I am satisfied with everything about my stay except the reception service. When I was moving in they were extremely rude and unprofessional with me, asking to wait for 3 hours even though my room booking started a day before I moved in. They refused to show me where my room is located and overall made me feel unwanted in the hotel.
