"Great breakfast. Nice clean room. Super friendly staff and quick check-in. This is a hotels.com issue. Best Western did have a pet friendly room but that night we did have difficulty locating a pet friendly room - not always clear on the hotels.com app whether the actual room you are booking is pet friendly. In this town, several hotels only had a few pet friendly rooms which were booked making me concerned to book any room that is not specifically listed as pet friendly. I would hate to book...
