"We had to swap rooms upon arrival due to the room smelling like cigarette smoke and black mold in the shower. The room we slept in had zero water pressure, a stinky fridge, and random stains all over the walls. We’ll be picking another property next time."

"I had a wonderful two-night stay at La Quinta Inn in Fredericksburg. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The hotel was clean, quiet, well-lit, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a short drive to Main Street, where you’ll find the shops, restaurants, museums, and other attractions. "A scorpion appeared in the bathroom. The staff helped me changed my room, which is good. But my sleep was interrupted and had a generally horrible night. I am very tired the next day, and the staff did not provide any compensation at all."

"Room service was supposed to be done on day 2. We piled up the all the towels to make it easier for them only to come back late at night to the pile of towels. We used the same dirty towels that night. Mold was also showing above the shower. Shower head had terrible water flow. Staff didn’t honor their refund for night if we weren’t satisfied. Something about a breach in contract."

"The resort was very nice. We were able to check in early which was great. The beds were comfortable. Sara at the front desk was very nice and hospitable. We ate dinner at the Old 290 brewery and had a wonderful time. Good food, great service from Megan and the wine and the Hellraiser beer was delicious. All in all a great stay!"

"We were there as a big group. The stay was great. Hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were amazing! Especially the front desk staff! Always helpful and interactive. Very friendly. Special shot out to Iris! She was amazing from day one till we left. Thank you! Also if you have the bonvoy membership you get access to Lifetime next door, great pools there."
