"Nice hotel. Upscale. Very nice. Friendly staff. Parking = $102 PER DAY. $300 room AND $100 parking for a three night stay is raging corporate greed at its worst."
"Wonderful and helpful staff, accommodating my family’s early arrival, wonderful and spacious room, great amenities onsite… close to the beach and Magnificent Mile! We are coming back, no question! Thank you Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mike! Elliott J"
"Beautifully appointed art deco aesthetic and ambiance! ADA accessable room was spacious. AC was good & cold, easily adjusted. Heavenly bed and pillows, perfect shower temperature and pressure! Loved the full size toiletries and their branding! Iron and blow dryer worked great. Housekeeping missed us on our last full day but we only had to ask if we needed anything else. Appreciated being able to check in early for a small fee. The hotel's coffee service and Afternoon tea were a delight AND delicious! Fabulous touch! Love the scone collaboration with Goddess and the Baker!!!!
We truly hope to return in the near future!
Top notch customer service!! And again and again!
I didn't even notice the train going by!!!"
"While amenities and being up to date are important, my main focus for a hotel is it’s cleanliness and how comfortable is the bed since I’ve stayed many places that while nice, if the bed is uncomfortable can ruin your stay. Our room at Omni was clean and comfortable. There were a few things that looked a little tired and could use updating but overall we had a good sleep and were refreshed for the next day."
