"The visitors next door were a little loud.Could not stay sleep."

"Room was very clean, and staff was excellent. My only complaint would be the grounds around the hotel is very dirty with trash everywhere. We had two dogs with us, and to walk them was challenging due to litter everywhere. Everything else was perfect. "

"The room was smaller than expected but fortunately we were only staying one night. The room didn’t seem to have enough insulation and it was a cold, windy night when we arrived. The heating system worked great but the bathroom remained cold even with the door left open. It was easy to complete the check-in process and receive our door code. The only suggestions I would make is for more areas in the bathroom for supplies, maybe a small shelf and more drinking cups, only 2 were provided."

"Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash."

"The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Nice updated room. The walls are a bit thin, but it is a historic building, so I expected it. Fantastic stay and I highly recommend!"

"You have to request to have your room cleaned. Young adults smoking pot in room and by door and nothing was done about it. Signage clearly stated smoke free property."

"Our room was clean, there were virtually no amenities; outside the weekdays during the first shift, there is no staff visible to service customers- problems don’t get resolved until the next morning- maybe; scratching inside the wall (some kind of animal; LASTLY AND NOT THE LEAST- WE HAVE AT LEAST ONE OR MORE MICE IN OUR ROOM- NO STAFF WAS AVAILABLE TO REPORT IT, SPOTTED ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON & SUNDAY. HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY MORNING."

"The room was NOT clean at all. We found a bug in the bed along with all sorts of dirt on each of the different layers of sheets, and mattress and box spring covers. The rest of the room was also filthy, and there was stuff still left in the room from previous guests. We ended up with an adjoining room, and the only thing keeping the people in the other room from having access to our room was a "do not disturb" sign as either side could unlock the door.
