"We had a fabulous stay here! The room and beds were comfortable and the decor and finishes were high end. We felt right at home! The front desk associates were super friendly and kind. The breakfast was the best we had on our 7 day adventure road trip through Ireland. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would absolutely return!"

"Place is elegant and formal. The setting is very nice, and the waterfalls are beautiful.
There are a lot of staff, and many are just standing around or looking at their computer.
Just not a lot of people going out of their way to make sure that you are delighted with your stay.
I got there a little early and was made to wait in the lobby until check in time (which was fine), but then told it was going to be "another hour" for my room to be ready, and then, after some staff discussions,...
