It’s a bit run down and could use some updates, but it only adds to the ambiance. "The location of the Kennebunkport Inn is perfect. Parking is free and although not ample, we never had an issue. The room we got was cozy but totally fine for a couple. It was clean and bathroom updated. The continental breakfast was a welcome treat for a quick yogurt and coffee. It’s a small hotel, no elevator. So if you have walking issues, be sure to ask for a 1st floor room. "
