"Property is great! Great overnight when boarding a cruise ship the next day. Shuttle service is fantastic!"

"Airport shuttle was not in service when we landed, had to uber property, Ac was not working in room, it was so hot. Complained to front desk. Young lady said she couldn’t move my room because system wasn’t working. Had to wait for maintenance to come next day 10am. Took apart ac said he fixed and still room was hot. When I left and tried to ask for manager they stated there was not one on site. Just not a great experience at all especially for the price "

"I stayed while the hotel was under renovations but it was still a nice visit overall. I was in an older room but it was clean, comfortable and taken care of. The place was quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. It looks like it will be very nice when its all upgraded. Plus amazing restaurant right next door. "

"First, at checkin there was no one at checkin to give me my room key. It was a wait . I waited for a total of 3hours it was unbelievably the computer was down. So, I had to take a picture.Three pictures, front and two ,two sides. I asked why the picures and I was told this is what we have to do for checkin and their were no keys. You had to be let in by the the personal at the front decks. Their was know one to help me. Wwhen the first person showed up she tried to help but her keys did not...
