"Fabulous place, recently renovated and super clean. Close to restaurants and shopping in a great little community. Easy drive to Grand Rapids. Will stay again if in the area!"

"The location of the hot tub is located so privately that I could not use it the last night I was there, because a couple was in it and having intercourse on the stairs. Apparently they did not care that it was also surrounded by windows. The staff handled but seriously not cool. "

"No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. "

"I am in a wheelchair, and as such, my only complaint is the odd set up for persons with disabilities to enter. One must wheel down past the actual front doors, which are stair assessable only, then enter a bit of covered area (which was by far the only real dirty and/or broken down looking space), then ride the elevator up and enter on the other side of the main foyer from the front desk. It wasn't such a big deal that I wouldn't stay again, but it was quite an annoyance. I believe a ramp...

"Need to get TRASH picked up Bags and bags all around dumpster. Lobby has a unpleasant smell when you walk in, NOT welcoming!! Unable to work TV could not move channels no instructions in rooms, Need to be updated to SMART TVs Shower felt like a capsule very small"

"I left one of my hearing aides in the room and the front desk representative got it out to me immediately! She was very helpful!!"

"We had three different room before one didn’t have a smell paint peeling stains or exposed wires. Other families had the same problem there. Top three worst places I have stayed ever."

"The rooms were clean, and it was fine overall; however I was very turned off by the signs all over the lobby telling guest that if they took breakfast food up to their rooms they would be charged $15/person. Also the shower pressure was awful."

"The property was great, centrally located in Newaygo. Our room had a rustic luxury feel to it that was charming and comfortable. Although we didn't do any fishing (just here for a night enroute to another location), the fact that the excursion is available through facility is very convenient. As we walked downtown everyone was welcoming and friendly! Gotta try the jerkey!"
