"We were allocated a disabled room as requested, on arrival we noticed that the corridor leading to the room was cold and on entering the room it was very cold. Presuming the aircon had not been activated I tried to switch it on to no avail. I went to the receptionist to ask for advice on how to turn it on and after checking on his computer screen he informed me that there was no heating at all in my room, but would provide two fan heaters for our use. When we switched on the heaters, the noise was so loud we could not hear the tv! After a sleepless night I asked the receptionist why a room with no heating was allocated to an elderly disabled person in the middle of the winter period, I received an apology and said she would mention it to her superiors. After we left we received a phone call to say we would be receiving a full refund...We have still not received it!"
