"The cottage was pristine, we felt like we were the first guests. It is a spacious, comfortable and stylish property and the owner’s attention to detail is second to none. Large beds and great showers. Very quiet at night so we slept well. Large private garden. Warcop is a lovely village with good walks along the river & streams. "Had a lovely stay at this place! The space was spotless, beautifully kept, and had everything I needed for a really comfortable visit. Claire was a fantastic host — super friendly, responsive, and made everything feel easy from start to finish. The place felt cosy and welcoming, and it was clear a lot of thought had gone into the little details. I’d happily stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable stay"

"Our first time in a pod but we loved it. We stayed with our two young children, who were sad to leave! The pod was clean, cosy, had everything you need and on a quiet but secure site. We booked very last minute but had an easy check in with great communication from hoasts. Would come again x"

"Amazing weekend.Bit awkward to find as we came in from kendal way ..Sat nav tookus throughmiles of one car wide road but its a paradise corner with stream and garden areas.. Some cottages residential but very friendly especially John..Also has smart TV and excellent wifi ..4 of us on anniversary weekend.Fully recommended.."
