"This was a very spacious home and had lots of room for all of our family to enjoy. It was very clean with lots of extra sheets. It was very pretty and well maintained on the outside. However, we had issues with the freezer, ice maker, and air conditioner. The freezer wasnt keeping anything frozen. The ice maker worked when we first came there, but then it stopped. The air conditioning was set at 75 but it couldnt keep the hosue cool. It got up to 80 in the house during the day. We reached out to...

"Multiple rooms, lots of game choices, most of all the pool for the kids! Lots of towels were provided as well as little things like coffee and laundry tabs, garbage bags,etc. Their communication was more than excellent! Any issues that we had they took care of immediately and were so gracious to extend our stay by an extra day with no issues since it was available!"

"This place is terrible! There was a power line and downed trees in front of the front door. Wild animals entering the property. Contacted the property owners via text which was their preferred method and after I sent them pics, they stopped communicating. Had to contact Hotels.com to reach out to them and finally they responded to them. After 4.5 hours after our check-in time, at 9pm, did they find a “solution”. I had to find additional accommodations as I have children and it was late after...

"Very nice home to stay in with a large family. One suggestion to have an electric fireplace in the garage area for a warmer room to enjoy playing the games. "
