"The Horse Cave Motel was a pleasant surprise. A standard older style motel in a small town that felt alot like home. I grew up in a small town, so it was fun to revisit an older style, well maintained motel. "It’s a remodeled old hotel. It is what it is. Don’t expect a complimentary breakfast, Coffee is the only thing offered in the lobby and it was cold upon my departure that morning so had to get breakfast up the street."

"My family stayed for 2 nights during a long road trip. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby, pool and breakfast was clean and well maintained. The rooms on the other hand need a lot of work in the cleaning department. On arrival we were given a room, the room had a pungent odor of vomit, the carpets looked gross and the base of the bed looked dirty. "The floor in the entry way was a little sticky and the tub spout came out of the wall if you bumped it. Also we could hear trucks going by on the highway all night. However the beds and bathroom were very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful."
