"Staff was very friendly. Even though there was some remodeling going on, it was clean and quiet when we checked in.
The location is great for taking a walk and not having to drive for food.
Highly recommend this location."

"Funky shower set up, low pressure water in toilet; fitted sheets did not fit; they slipped off. No freezer in refrigerator. Breakfast not so good -- no fresh fruit, only sweet yogurt, 2 kinds of cereal, no oatmeal, no toaster; nothing really but make-your-own waffles. The room was roomy with comfortable bed. Overall, not as nice a Sleep Inn as the one we stayed in in Middlesboro."

"Worst experience of customer service. Dont expect much from the front desk as they’re just there for the show. Had to check out in couple hours because they couldn’t help in any way to make the stay even a little more better. Might as well setup a tent would be better."

"Communication was proactive and showed a genuine concern for our comfort during our stay.
There was an error in double booking on the property’s end and they made extra accommodations for us and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of.
The owner is a very kind person and reached out on a few occasions to ensure we had everything we needed.
The cabin was beautiful, well maintained, and clean, and had great amenities for cooking. We enjoyed the brand new grill outside and also...
