"The room keys don’t work well. I had to have 5 different room keys made and even the desk clerk could not get my door to open. He had to put me in a different room. Only 1 out of the 2 room keys for the second room worked, and I had to slide it in and out several times to get it to work. The breakfast was not very good. The hair dryer did not work. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only other thing this hotel has going for it is location. Very convenient to state fair grounds, PNC...

"Breakfast was very good. The mattress in the suite was concave, it put my lower back out. I found it very difficult to sleep. The view was a concreate wall that is part of the building marquee, lucky me it existed as the view in both the living room and the bedroom. The room was clean. The staff was not very customer service oriented. It was easy to park."

"Super clean and quiet little no-frills location sitting in the shadows of two major hotels..no staff on site but unless you have some kind of weird emergency, there's no need..within walking distance to some pretty decent restaurants and REI and convenient to the I40/440 interchange..if you want peace and quiet and love a place that quietly flies under the radar, then check out Hive House..."
