"The staff were all lovely, the swimming pools were great and my room was big with a beautiful view"

"The room is beautiful and the staff is very kind and friendly "

"So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked.
