Beautiful spacious modern apartment in a good location . Wish there was an oven and a freezer as we brought some frozen oven meals for dinner and had to chuck them away but otherwise loved the apartment .

Here’s a polished hotel review you can use: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, a clean environment, and a memorable experience. Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

This was our second stay here & stayed in one of their amazing panoramic rooms for 2 nights for my 50th. We really enjoyed the breakfast & visiting the local resturants and going to the local town easily by train & went to the top of the mountain. We also loved the pool facilities, but did not use the sauna as my wife and i did not feel comftable with the full nudety & as much as the jacuzzi & pool were great they really could do with being a bit warmer. Really pleased with our stay here, the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us on several occasions, the location is absolutely beautiful, I would definitely stay here again

Excellent stay, would go back!

Great hotel, would stay again. It’s a 5 min walk to a short train ride into Lucerne.

The Mountain View from the the dinner table was amazing , food delicious Did find the mattress was to soft for me also the pillows

Pilatus Kulm is just an amazing experience and worth paying extra for.

Lovely modern hotel, easy walking distance from the station and to the old town. No kettle in room it one provided upon request. Comfortable bed. Did not have breakfast as costs were too high. Would recommend.

We were a family of 10 with two small boys, two babies, two grandparents and 4 other adults. The hotel looked after our needs very well.We had 4 rooms, one large with an extra very comfortable roll-away bed and another large with cots for the twin babies.the other two rooms were small as were their bathrooms - elegant but definitely small! Everyone was friendly and helpful from the lovely receptionists to the room staff.

The staff was very helpful and the room lovely! Thank you

Great staff, specially Celina at front desk who helped me with milk for little one. Great breakfast menu and big spacious rooms, right opposite train station

Wonderful location for a relaxing vacation

It was a lovely experience from checking in to checking out. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was lovely. Within walking distance to the town. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Short bus ride (no. 24) from Luzern station. Open plan - no door to bathroom - very modern.

Great location, good breakfast, friendly staff
