"Loved the room. One elevator, ice machine on my floor, and pool were out of order the first couple days. Everything fixed for an event that came in Tuesday afternoon."

"The staff wqs cordial, helpful and very efficient. We arrived early and our room was already ready. The window and the ceiling near to it in to our room had water damage and was leaking around the window frame because of the rain. I called and a staff member arrived promptly to give us the option to change rooms. We did with some trouble with the door keys that was also quickly resolved by a staff member. The faucet in the shower was detached to the wall so whenever we wanted to direct the water to the shower, we had to be very careful. Otherwise, the room and hotel overall is well kept. The spa area is beautiful, the staff there skillful and amazing. The restaurant was very nice, loved the live music, and the food was delicious!"

"The Hotel is in a great location. The lobby area is bright and welcoming. The room was clean and quiet. Unfortunately the bathtub drain was very slow. The front desk was notified about it on the first day, but it remained very slow our whole stay. The housekeeping staff did not provide the full set of towels each day. The breakfast was well stocked with very good choices. The attendant was friendly and kept the area clean. Overall our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We would stay there again."

"Had a fantastic experience at the Lake House. Room was gorgeous and well appointed. We had a lot of natural light and spent each morning enjoying the in room breakfast services out on the balcony. Wandering around the property was gorgeous, landscaping was divine and we bopped from different food/drink services points from pool to Library to Sand Bar to Rose Tavern - you really don't need to leave the property. All the staff members seemed so genuine and happy to be of assistance. The spa was also icing on the cake - definitely recommend. Will be back!"

"Overall, we had a very nice stay. Rooms were nicely renovated with a modern look and appeared roomier than a standard room staff was very helpful at the desk. My only meh, was breakfast. Lots of carbs and only some microwave omelettes. They were good, but breakfast really needed some meats."
