"Comfortable room, WiFi was good. A little out of the way but very quiet and comfortable."

"We stayed at this property ahead of moving our son into his university dorm. It was a perfect location, easy to get everywhere and a grocery store only a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room to store our things and we really appreciated the covered car port. The house was very clean and the owners responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to future guests would be to bring some sugar packets if you like it in your coffee :)"

"Great location along Granville & Sackville Streets, just a few short blocks from the waterfront and terrific value for money. Room was clean and though a little small, had all the essentials including a desk with a phone charger and wifi, lots of hooks on the door, as well a cabinet to put away and hang up personal items like clothing. There were several individual bathrooms on each floor and all came with a shower. Each floor has a shared common area with a kitchen and fridge, microwave, etc....

We stayed in the Sunrise suite and were surprised at JUST how how open the door plan was - there was no partition whatsoever between bedroom and bathroom, and had a full view of toilet and shower from our bed. "Currently expecting Expedia to refund our money. We stayed for only about half an hour before giving our keys back to the front desk and stating our expectation of a refund . The room literally had NO WINDOWS BUT THERE WERE CURTAINS OVER DRYWALL WHERE THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN WINDOWS!!! THE RECEPTIONIST HAD NO ALTERNATE ROOM TO OFFER. .COMPLETELY UNSAFE."
