There is no desk staff on the property but the check in process was very easy, they sent a very informative text message prior to our stay. The rooms have been thoughtfully updated while maintaining that vintage charm. The location is a short drive to downtown Algoma. We went to breakfast at Caffé Tlazo, which I would highly recommend. I would be happy to stay here again. "
