"Did exactly what we needed it to do. Rooms were a little dated but clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We walked to all restaurants and utilized the Freebie service to get to and from Bill Baggs. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Hotel was amazing. All expectations met. The only problem I had was the $30/ day valet parking with no free valet for the disabled. This was a definite deal breaker for me. I’ve traveled all over the country and this was definitely the first place that I have ever visited that charges the disabled for valet. "Although the Hilton was a pretty nice hotel and might I say quite cozy and spacious , the cleaning service definitely needs improvement . I had to request my room to be cleaned to the point I felt almost rude about doing so . Granted , they list in the bathroom that they do stop by every couple of days they still should be attentive to every room. Thank you for the free waters everything was very appreciative! "

"The hotel was very basic bare bones. You get what you pay for. The cost was cheaper than most hotels in the area. The staff was okay, not overly accommodating. The room included two beds, a fridge, table, and two chairs. The bathroom needs an upgrade. It had shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Towels were clean and soft. The water in the shower did not get very hot. It was nice they had a community microwave to warm up leftovers."

"The hotel is steps away from the Knight station loop, and also the river walk loop. It is ideal for getting around with public transportation if you want to visit Biscayne Bay park or downtown Brickell. The Trolley that will take you to the Port of Miami is a few blocks away also. Look at the Coral trolley line for up to date times for the free public trolley"

"Do not stay at the Pullman Hotel- BEWARE! We had a paid room reservation and we’re turned away, saying they oversold in our room was not available. We were not the only ones there were other people that they turned away, saying they did not have a room for them. One couple had booked their hotel in September 2025 and this is May 2026.
