"We loved the pool games. We loved the restaurants. We loved the staff and how they assisted with any need. The atmosphere and staff were amazing and very family friendly. The few things we did not like were the broken elevator. The water to the resort was off for half a day. Then the pool ended up being shut down (not due to weather) for an extended period of time every day that we chose the stay and enjoy a resort day. Some of these issues were no fault of the resort, just our family's...

"The Villa that we stayed in was big & very roomy for the 4 of us. We were very impressed on the size of the room and that it was near a pool with in walking distance of the room. "This is such a fantastic hotel. The service was amazing. The room was super clean. The only complaint would be that the water didn’t get very hot, if that’s even a complaint. The pool was so clean, and even when it was busy there was still plenty of room to play and find some shade. Once we checked out we realized our son lost one AirPod. Went back to the front desk and about 15 minutes later they returned with the missing AirPod! Very rarely do we ever get stuff back that we’ve left behind...
