"Overall, it was a decent stay. I really liked the ocean vibe, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were sufficient and well maintained. However, the shared walls are very thin—having a neighbor watching TV loudly was a significant issue for us. The most prominent downside was the noise in the corridors, which started early in the morning and continued through noon."

"The 2 bedroom 2 bath suite was clean and the fully furnished kitchen was well maintained with no problems. The balcony was clean and comfortable. The suite need some updating in the furniture and the bathroom need caulking in the shower/ bathtub area along with the bathtub glazing is peeling off… "

"It was horrible! If you value cleanliness, don’t like the smell of a basement, don’t say here. If it was not for the fact that everything was booked in the area for a concert, I would have run as fast as I could. Absolutely disgusting! I met so many that were unhappy in the elevator. I contacted the front desk and complained as soon as I arrived. By that eve the hotel put up signs in the elevator offering a free stay if patrons would give a five star review. They advertise a hot tub, they didn’t work. It was just bad all around! They also don’t value safety in this mold infested place because the stairs were blocked with old mattresses! The elevator did not feel safe and if you could get it to come it was full. It became a laughing joke among all the people in the hotel we ran into. "
