"Hotel did not off free breakfast package included and paid for in stay. Hotel does not offer breakfast on weekends, only brunch. On checkout, we were charged for a breakfast which should have been included in our stay. We were told we ate past the breakfast hours which were in the brunch hours 😡"

"The property is located in an excellent location, walking all restaurants, boats, nightlife.
The vibe is island, great pool, good food and the staff is wonderful.
Could use some maintenance in the rooms, but it’s pretty good.
Overall, it’s a fun place!"

"We have stayed at the Pier House in the past and enjoyed it. Over the years, we have tried other Vrbo’s and Hotels, but for us the Pier House is our favorite. The location, people and amenities make it the winner for us! You can’t be anymore centrally located than #1 Duval St."
