"Dear Double Tree, This was our first trip to Key West and our first experience with a Hilton resort. You met and exceeded any expectations that we could have had. The friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of each member of your staff was outstanding. The facility was immaculate and well maintained. "This hotel was by far one of the best on the island. The pool and the little beach they have are amazing! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and we got really lucky to have a sunset view room."

"Everything from start to finish was great! From the Office personnel to the beautiful unit and the pool area. One thing we did not know was they have access to a private beach area and provide chairs, towels and umbrellas. Extremely nice beach area. They have an hour and a half happy hour every day with wine and sangria they have free bottled water and slushy all day at the pool and added a treat. Would recommend this to anybody."
