"Priced perfect for what you get, clean rooms and friendly staff (mostly). Only down side was cost of on-site breakfast ($20.00), and $15 a day parking when they have one spot for each room reserved. Would definitely stay again."

"Check-in was easy, and the front desk staff were extremely kind and accommodating. We thought they were wonderful. Our only complaint was an unfortunate incident with another staff member. A middle-aged woman in a green shirt, wearing earbuds/headphones, was riding a motorized mobility scooter through the hallway and ran over my daughter’s foot. We believe she may have been moving the scooter from one location to another, as we saw her walking normally later that evening. She simply said “oops” and continued on without apologizing or stopping to make sure my daughter was okay. Her foot is now badly bruised and very sore. We found her response incredibly inconsiderate and rude, particularly toward a child. Management should address this with the employee, as this is not an appropriate way to treat hotel guests."

"Everything was wonderful except the private beer area. We could not use it because of the sargassum and I wish they would have sent a message so we could have planned better. It was one of the reasons I booked there. If we could have used the beach it would have been a 10/10. Cleaning took a while each day. Came very late but did a great job."

"We absolutely loved Pier House! The staff was wonderful, the outside bar and the Chart room were our favorite hang outs, and the private beach was absolutely amazing! The beds are not super comfortable and the walls are quite thin, so we did hear our loud neighbors one night, but I still give this place 5 stars, and we will definitely be staying there again!"

"So spacious, perfect for groups. The room was very clean and the staff were helpful! 10/10 would stay again They were doing what seemed like a clorox cleaning of the common area sidewalks, which I thought would have been better scheduled during a week day when there werent many guests but other than that the stay was perfect"
