"We have stayed at this property for our anniversary and was amazing. So I got 2 rooms this weekend for 2 nights. I booked a king suite non smoking and well someone stuffed dryer sheets in the vents and tried to hide it. Staff wasn’t much help with it so we roughed it out. Toilet ran everytime you flushed it my parents room was a king and mom was showering and water went ice cold and then Luke warm then ice cold again. Did this twice. They never serviced the room with towels. I was so excited...

"Staff is friendly and very helpful. We had a bad experience at a nearby hotel, booked and no room. The BW staff took us in immediately. We extended our stay to 4 nights we were so happy the way we were welcomed."
