"Room service was inconsistent but the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was very good."

"Best hotel I’ve stayed at in Lebanon in a long time! I honestly refuse to stay anywhere else whenever I’m in the area. From the incredible staff to the comfort of the beds, everything was a 10/10. What truly sets this place apart is the genuine Lebanese hospitality. They don’t just treat you like a guest; they make you feel like family. Highly recommend!"

"Nice and cozy stay, having the pool accessible at night was nice"

"Over all was good!"

"We stayed at the Madison Hotel for over 3 weeks we found the staff to be excellent and so caring and accommodating. Diffently will come back and stay again."

"Everything starting with the front desk to the waitress security maintenance and pool guy."

"The best choice"

"Highly recommended. The staff is so helpful and friendly room are spacious and clean. Location is good near plenty of restaurants and 20mn walk from jounieh beach front. We will be back.. lastly pool and gym were great !"
