"Great location and great stay. Really enjoyed staying here. A special thank you to Suraj who looked after my mother and I on this visit."

"Decent and quite place to stay in city with conjetion with traffic"

"I booked using Expedia. However, communication with the hotel through this portal was poor as the hotel did not reply in a timely fashion and mostly gnored questions. Check-in and check-out was smooth and efficient. The staff at reception were polite and well spoken. The rooms were not set up on arrival to accomodate our 3 groups of 3. This thoughtful gesture was a great relief after a...

"Perfect getaway for short trip."

"Great place for family stay in Amritsar. Clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff. "

"My experience of the room was dirty, dark, foul smell, dilapidated structure."

"It’s good"

The dinner buffet definitely has room for improvement. The dal makhni tasted sour, which was disappointing. It felt like the dish may not have been properly checked before being served. The bed was also not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. I would suggest that the housekeeping team personally check the bedding and...
