"It was very nice and pleasant stay. Deepak took care about each and everything from checkin to checkout, room cleaning and food services etc. Chef prepared Jain food and food suitable for kids. Food was tasty and delicious. They prepared it early morning before 7am also because we need to start early to catch flight. I will like to stay again same place and even suggest others to experience."

"Host Sunny is very kind and hospitable. He went out of his way to help me in many ways. The property is lovely, high above the city in the forest and a nice walk to the Bird Park and Rabdentse. Very nice in every way. "

"This is a wonderful hotel. It is a family run establishment and everyone is very attentive and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and healthy. Dinner is available in the restaurant and the food was delicious. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location with a stunning view of the landscape. "

"Hospitality by the staff is excellent."

"Staff was helpful to carry my suitcase when arrived and departed as my room was on third floor without lifts. The view in the room was fantastic on a clear day. Wifi was good when no black out. I had a good and relaxing stay on the whole."

"Staff is very courteous. But looks like they have a shortage of staff. Food was good too."

"Good property with clean rooms. Very Courteous Staff. Good Food - both Breakfast and Dinner. "

I talked to the staff at reception and the hotel manager. As per them, there are many premium rooms in the hotel, But the photos they put on the website are of the 2 rooms that are in the corners. They said they posted photos of their best rooms. Agreed! But still, the photos of the rooms you put online should...

"Service is extremely poor. From room service to serving the food, everything is late and incomplete. The staff is incompetent and except a very few they do not pay any attention to the customer's needs. For every room service (water, towel etc.) one needs to call up the reception multiple times. Bed was dirty with scattered hair, when we checked in. Television does not work. Overall, whatever is projected in the internet is absolutely rubbish. Its a waste of money. The only saving grace is the...
