Overall the resort is a bit rundown. Beds made squeaky noise when you move in bed. Food is relatively good though. Not much interaction with the service personnel to say they are good.

โรงแรมดีมาก แต่ห้องที่จองไว้เต็ม?!?

โดยปกติมาขนอมกี่ทีก็มาพักที่นี้ตลอดหากยังมีห้องว่าง เพราะเงียบ สงบ ทะเลสวย อาหารเย็นที่ห้องอาหารก็อร่อย มีwifiฟรี และมีสระให้เด็กๆว่ายน้ำ แต่ครั้งนี้ผิดหวังมากเพราะพบว่าห้องที่จอง เมื่อไปถึงพนักงานบอกว่าเต็ม ทั้งที่ดิฉันจองและหักผ่านบัตรเครดิตแล้วด้วย โดยพนักงานแจ้งว่าห้องประเภทนี้เต็มมา2-3เดือนแล้ว(ดิฉันจองก่อนวันไป2-3วัน) และได้รับแจ้งว่าราคาที่จองผ่านเว็บเป็นห้องที่ดาว์นเกรดลงมาไม่ใช้ห้องที่ระบุตามเว็บไซต์ คือไม่เห็นวิวทะเล และมีที่นอนสำหรับ3คน ไม่ใช้4คนตามที่ระบุ ซึ่งในฐานะลูกค้าตอนจองก็ไม่ทราบหรอกค่ะว่าราคาปกติเท่าไหร่ คิดว่าข้อมูลที่ลงต้องมีความถูกต้อง และรูปที่ระบุในข้อมูลของห้องในประเภทที่จองก็ไม่ตรงตามความเป็นจริงด้วย(ในรูปเป็นห้องที่ติดทะเลและสระน้ำ แต่ในความเป็นจริงเป็นห้องในแถวที่2)ส่วนห้องที่ได้เข้าพักจริงเป็นห้องในแถวที่3 ทั้งนี้คิดว่าทางโรงแรมควรมีการประสานงานระหว่างผู้ดูแลระบบและพนักงานต้อนรับนะคะ เพื่อรักษาความประทับใจของลูกค้าให้ไม่ต้องผิดหวังแบบนี้อีก เพราะที่ผ่านมาก็มีความประทับใจกับที่นี่ตลอด ปล.ไม่แน่ใจว่าเกี่ยวกับการที่มีการจัดงานแต่งงานและต้องปรับเปลี่ยนห้องหรือไม่ เพราะทราบจากลูกค้าท่านอื่นๆอีก2ครอบครัวว่าห้องที่จองไม่ตรงกับที่ได้เข้าพักจริงเช่นกัน

มีดีแค่ติดชายหาด กลางคืนเสียงดัง พนักงานแย่

เราถึงที่พักตอน 14.30 น. แต่ห้องพักที่เราจองไว้ห้อง villa seaview พนักงานยังไม่ทำความสะอาด เราต้องเดินไปตาม และโทรตามพนักงานให้เร่งมาทำความสะอาดถึง 3 รอบ กว่าพนักงานจะมาเคลียร์ห้องให้เรา สรุปได้ห้องพักตอนเวลา 4 โมงเย็น และต้องโทรทวงผ้าขนหนู ผ้าเช็ดเท้า จากพนักงานด้วย พนักงานบอกว่าเครื่องอบผ้าเหลือแค่เครื่องเดียว สระว่ายน้ำของโรงแรมสกปรกมาก น้ำเขียวอี๋ เราไม่สามารถลงไปเล่นน้ำในสระว่ายน้ำได้ เราต้องการพักผ่อนแต่นอนไม่ค่อยหลับเนื่องจากในตอนกลางคืนมีเสียงดังมากๆ มาจากเครื่องขยายเสียงหรือลำโพงที่เปิดเพลงดัง และร้องคาราโอเกะเสียงดังจากกรุ๊ปสัมมนา เราโทรถามพนักงาน พนักงานบอกว่าจะเสียงดังจนถึงเที่ยงคืน สิ่งเดียวที่เราชอบ คือ วิวจากที่พักที่มองเห็นทะเล We arrive to hotel on 2.30 pm but the room not ready because the housekeeper don't makeup our room and we get room on 4 pm. Swimming pool is dirty and we can't use it. At the night we can't sleep well because loudly from loudspeaker and group of people sing karaoke, they have seminar at the hotel and loudly until midnight. The only thing that We like this hotel is nice view from villa sea view room.

Just couple of steps away to the beach.

We stayed in a fancy cottage which is located in a quiet area and just couple of steps to the beach. The beachfront houses are also located right on the beach but not private enough. (and not worth the extra money!) The beach was nice but sometimes too crowded. Overall this was a good cheap place to stay.
