Magnifique petit hôtel situé dans la vieille ville. Décoration très soignée, personnel serviable, joli rooftop avec vue, excellent petit déjeuner, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle, tout y est pour un séjour agréable. Franchement une super adresse au cœur du Khiva historique.

Oasis is perfectly located to explore the old town (plus, it’s reachable by taxis!). My room had two twin beds and I found them slightly small, but the mattress was perfect for my taste. Room was quiet and warm, in spite of outside chilly weather. Breakfast was very yummy and complete. The manager was extremely helpful, booking my early morning taxi to Urgench airport and leaving me coffee and sweets!.

I loved loved loved this place. The architectuire of it and room quality are really high. Breakfast fantastic - much above par. Owner helped a lot on things - great guy. This is a bit of a jewel really.

Friendly helpful staff in a well maintained hotel, excellent location and the breakfast was good. The best experience we had in Uzbekistan thoroughly recommend. Only suggestion we could make for improvement is to facilitate a little shade on the roof.

An exceptional property in the old city. The staff were very helpful. We were greeted warmly, and treated with the utmost hospitality. The bed was quite firm but comfortable. The room, although small, had space to move and sit. The highlight was the bathroom and hot shower with good water pressure. Having also stayed at a comparable location within the city walls, I feel well qualified to say that this property is truly exceptional. I would stay here again without reservation.

A beautiful hotel in the middle of the old citadel. Fabulous renovation that has retained original features like the well that sits in the centre of the restaurant. Breakfasts are delicious with the chance to sample local food, as well as fruit, yoghurt and pastries. Location is brilliant, within the mud brick walls of the ichon-qala. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Reception are friendly and super helpful.
