"I had a very bad experience staying at Happyland Mansion. The room was in unacceptable condition, with visible mold throughout, which made the space feel unsafe and unhygienic. On top of that, there were roaches in the room, which only made things worse. The bathroom was another major issue. There was a constant leak coming from the ceiling the entire time I stayed, making it uncomfortable to use and clearly showing a lack of proper maintenance. Safety was also a concern. When a prepaid guest refused to such then the guest's passport been retain for guarantee until check out. Avoid a receptionist nicknamed nawach. Hotel neighbourhood comprised car dealers and workshops"

"Checked out today after a 10 day stay. The property offers great value and good service however, there are a few items that need attention such as upkeep of the linens (ours were clean, but had holes one day and ink stains on another day), bathtub leaked water all over the floor with every shower and bathtub had a permanent stain in the porcelain floor. Shower curtain should be changed as well. Very poor quality toilet paper in the room, there is better quality toilet paper in the lobby...

"Excellent hotel, near public transport and connected to a mall. Best breakfast buffet I;ve ever had, enormous choice and good quality. Dinner buffet als a very good deal, bit more expensive than at the mall next door, but much better quality and choice."
