The beds weren’t made, drinking glasses that were used the night we checked in were not cleared away and replaced. The second full day, the room was attended to, but the dirty glasses were still in the room and the bathroom counter was not cleaned properly. Trash cans emptied, towels replaced and beds made. I will definitely revisit this hotel. Love that in the evenings satchels of lavender was available. "
